Renovation Rebate Program
This year's program has been extended to September 30, 2010.
Also, 2009 recipients ARE eligible for
this year's program.
If you own
commercial property in North Royalton you are eligible for at least a
30% to 45% rebate, cash back, on exterior improvements to your property.
New windows, doors, signs, landscaping, siding, and painting, are
eligible for reimbursement. If you are planning to renovate your
exterior please check out the program description and materials by
clicking here.
Join the 29 businesses that received $130,000 cash back in 2009 for
