Pavilion Rentals

City Hall handles pavilion reservations at Memorial Park, 14600 State Road. There are two pavilions available for resident and non-resident usage. Pavilion One, or the upper pavilion (pictured right), is located on the hill near the playground, Splash Pad and restrooms. It was recently razed and reconstructed and is now open for usage again. Pavilion Two, the lower pavilion (pictured left), is nestled along the Memorial Park Lake and parking lot. Both

pavilions have electricity and grills. The formal reservation season is the day after Memorial Day until the day before Labor Day. The cost to reserve is $100, which secures the pavilion for the entire day -- 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Pavilions can also be used for free anytime as long as they have not been reserved. Pavilions are available outside the reservation season for free on a first-come, first-serve basis. Pavilions seat approximately 30-50 people comfortably. Per park rules, there is no smoking or drinking alcohol on park property. Inflatable bounce houses, petting zoos and animals, performers, dunk tanks, tents, stages and/or other accessory items or structures for non-personal use or recreation are also prohibited. Vehicles are not permitted to be driven up to Pavilion One. Also, please note that the Splash Pad is
not reservable for private parties. Renters of either Pavilion
may not have exclusive use or interfere with the public’s use of the Splash Pad. When reserving a pavilion, there are two forms available for printing below, a usage form and an agreement form, that need to be signed and returned to our office, along with either cash or a check for $100. Pavilion rentals are non-refundable. Once the payment processes, the Mayor will issue a signed permission letter that the renter should have with them the day of the event. This letter is proof that the pavilion is reserved to that individual for the day. For more information or to reserve a pavilion, contact City Hall at
440-237-5686.
