Service Department

The North Royalton Service Department provides the highest quality of services to our residents, businesses and visitors. By maintaining the public infrastructure, the Service Department makes the city of North Royalton a great place to live, work and play. The Service Department is responsible for roadway repairs, keeps the streets clear of debris and provides 24-hour snow and ice removal on public streets. We also offer maintenance to all City facilities and parks. 

Rubbish and recyclable collection is performed by RUMPKE Waste & Recycling Services. Please call the North Royalton Service Department with questions concerning rubbish or recycling pick-up.
Due to Simple Recycling discontinuing curbside pickup, the City has terminated the agreement effective October 13, 2021. We ask that textiles and appliances not be placed in your Rumpke recycle cart, as the materials are not accepted in the recycling program. North Royalton strongly encourages all our residents to donate acceptable items to local charities or donation centers to help divert then from the landfill.
