Available House Plans

The City of North Royalton has many of the original paper construction plans for many of the older homes in the city. We have recently electronically scanned these original plans to preserve them for long term use. The paper copies will eventually be recycled. Before we send the plans to recycling we want to offer them to the homeowners.

Please click on the corresponding link below to see if your plans are among those that are currently on file. If your address is not included on this list, we do not have an original copy of your plans at this time**

If your home's plans have been scanned, and you are interested in an original copy of your house plans, please contact the Building Division at 440-582-3000 between the hours of 9 am and 4 pm Monday through Friday. You must call in advance as the plans are not immediately accessible. Plans will be available for pick up on Wednesdays and Fridays between the hours of 9 am and 4 pm at the Building Department located at 11545 Royalton Road.

We will only keep the original plans on file until August 1, 2019. After that time, plans for these homes will only be available electronically.

**Not all house plans have been scanned and therefore are not on this list.
