Industrial Park Phase IIPhase II is a newly improved 54-acre area of the York Alpha Industrial Park, located three miles east of the I-71 and State Route 82 interchange off of York Road. On April 7, 2005, Induction Tooling, Inc. became the first company to break ground in Phase II of North Royalton's Industrial Park and on March 15, 2006, Induction Tooling, Inc. held a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for its new 25,000 square-foot manufacturing facility.
